Summary

The conference, was jointly organized by AEMET, BSC, EUMETSAT and WMO. It took place at Caixa Forum, Barcelona, on 13 November 2010. It was funded by the Spanish State Meteorological Agency (AEMET), the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC), EUMETSAT and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).

It was a forum, which was attended by various stakeholders in the development, provision and use of information and knowledge aimed at alleviating the negative effects of atmospheric mineral dust.
