New Website Release – Enhanced Features and Fixes!

New Features
- Added a comparison tool to visualize Probability of Exceedance maps alongside Warning Advisory System (WAS) maps.
- Added support for generating offline HTML interactive plots that can be embedded in external websites..

Enhancements
- A single set of zoom controls is now displayed when viewing multiple models in the Forecast/Models section. Previously, each map displayed its own controls.
- Added an error message in the Warning Advisory System when data is missing or when a non-applicable variable is selected.
- The Statistics table has been updated to use more of the available space on the screen, enhancing usability.
- Aspect ratio of the dashboard has been updated to work better with laptop screens.
- 2-day alerts in the Probability of Exceedance and WAS maps now appear only when dates prior to the transition to 3-day data are selected.
- Zooming and panning are now synchronized in the Visual Comparison tool, keeping both maps aligned.
- Previous-day forecasts are now shown when current-day data is not yet available.

Fixes
- Monarch model visualization transparency has been updated to be consistent with the other models.
- Fixed an issue where colorbars were shortened when the first selected model had no data.
- The first timestep of the Monarch model is now initialized using the last timestep of the previous day’s analysis.
